How The Process Works
Submit Your Wholesale Order
The first step in starting the production process is to submit your wholesale order request via our website, in which we will immediately process your payment & reserve your spot in production que.
Submit your artwork OR request custom mug designs
When submitting your payment, you have the option to upload your art work OR to purchase a design from us. IF you upload your own art, we will do one mock-up within 72 hours and send you pictures and videos.
If you choose to have us design your mugs for you, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a design consultation & then we will begin designing. The design process will take 7-9 business days for completion and then a mug mock-up will be completed.
Approving Mock-ups & Printing
After you approve print mock-ups, we begin mass producing your order. Once completed and cooled, we will take pictures and videos to show you the final order and then we will package your order and take more picture and videos before shipping.
Order Shipped!
After we package everything, you will receive a tracking number via email. We take 90% of orders through UPS with 2-3 day business shipping, tracking and insurance. You can choose overnight shipping, if you'd like to. All orders are taken to the post office within 24 hours of the shipping label being created.
