Custom Print Shop

Yes, we do scent the prints upon request. This feature is included in every print service.

If you leave the cards in their original packaging, the scents can last up to 6 months. We have tested every scent we use and they all will last up to 6 months, while some can last much longer.

No, we do not give away custom design files. Once we complete your design, we only keep them on file for your printing projects. If a client likes your project, we custom design them a package using yours as inspiration, but we never duplicate or copy any project.

Each custom design package includes 3 revisions. Every revision after will depend on how extensive they are and how much time they will need to determine any additional fees.

Processing

Orders of 200 or less take take 15+ business days to be completed. Order of 250+ take 3-6 weeks depending on design and quantity.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping, but only during seasons that are not holidays. So expedited processing is not offered from November - December, Valentines day, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Juneteenth, or any federal holiday - as we are closed for holidays.

Refunds and Returns

No, all sales are final once you sign the design draft and print draft agreement granting us print approval for your order. 

No, once we begin the design and printing process, we do not give refunds. Since this is a 100% custom process, we are not able to reuse or repurpose materials, therefore we can not give refunds.

Shipping

Yes, we do offer international shipping as long as Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL ship to your city and address.

We usually ship with UPS 3 business day option, but it can take up to 5 business days within the US and up to 2 weeks internationally.
